By requesting services, you agree to these terms.

We provide certified water damage remediation.

Estimates are provided based on onsite assessment.

Invoices are due upon completion of services.

Cancellation fees may apply for late notice.

We are licensed and insured for all work.

Client must provide access to the property.

Equipment remains the property of Cook's.

We guarantee satisfaction on all restoration.

Disputes are handled through local arbitration.

Governed by local state laws.
